Welcome to Magnetic Effect.
By accessing this website, purchasing any product, enrolling in training, or participating in the Magnetic Effect community, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms exist to protect the integrity of the container and ensure a high-standard environment built on responsibility, respect, and self-leadership.
1. No Refunds
All purchases, subscriptions, and coaching payments are non-refundable once access is granted.
Magnetic Effect is not a consumer entertainment product. It is a high-performance training and coaching container that requires commitment, consistency, and personal responsibility.
2. No Guarantees
Magnetic Effect makes no guarantees regarding income, relationships, attraction, confidence, or personal outcomes.
We provide frameworks, tools, clarity, and guidance. Results depend entirely on the Client’s discipline, follow-through, and willingness to take ownership of their life and actions.
3. Payment Commitments
Clients agree to complete all payment plans as agreed at checkout.
Missed or failed payments may result in temporary restriction of access until resolved. Repeated failed payments may result in permanent removal from the program without refund.
4. Conduct & Community Standards
Magnetic Effect is a space for grounded growth and mature self-development.
Clients are expected to maintain:
- Respect toward others
- Ownership of emotions and behavior
- No gossip, drama, or hostility
- No coaching other members unless explicitly authorized
- No disruptive or destabilizing behavior
Violations may result in restricted access or permanent removal without refund, at the sole discretion of Magnetic Effect.
5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All materials, recordings, frameworks, scripts, and training are confidential and protected intellectual property.
Clients may not copy, distribute, share, record, or teach Magnetic Effect materials elsewhere without written permission.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a Client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute:
- All access is immediately terminated
- The account is permanently banned
- Documentation will be submitted to dispute the chargeback
Clients agree to contact Magnetic Effect support before initiating any chargeback or dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as intentional misuse.
7. Coaching & Educational Disclaimer
Magnetic Effect provides coaching and educational training only.
It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Magnetic Effect does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Clients are responsible for seeking licensed professionals when appropriate.
8. Digital Access Acknowledgment
All Magnetic Effect offerings are delivered digitally. Client acknowledges that access may begin immediately upon purchase.
9. Termination of Access
Magnetic Effect reserves the right to terminate access at any time for:
- Repeated missed payments
- Disruptive or abusive behavior
- Breach of confidentiality
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- Abuse toward the Coach, team, or other clients
Termination does not entitle the Client to a refund.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Magnetic Effect operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Business Information
This website is operated by Cartegna Consulting LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States.
