1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital coaching, energetic work, and AI-based tools, no refunds will be provided. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • There are no cancellations, chargebacks, or reversals once payment is submitted.
  • You are responsible for determining whether the offering is aligned with your needs before purchasing.

2. Coaching & AI-Based Services

  • Coaching is delivered via Zoom or approved virtual platforms.
  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions are non-refundable.
  • AI-generated tools (like Magnetic Money AI) are delivered “as is” and are intended for educational use only.

3. Earnings Disclaimer

We do not guarantee financial results or income outcomes. By using our services, you agree:

  • Results depend on your actions, integration, and environment.
  • No specific financial, business, or personal transformation is promised.
  • You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, audio, video, and written materials are the sole property of The Magnetic Effect and may not be reproduced, distributed, or reused without written permission.

Violators may face legal action.

By participating, you grant permission for anonymized success stories to be shared for educational or promotional purposes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Pennsylvania law.
